Victoria brings a unique blend of strategic oversight, operational smarts, and genuine care to her role. With a strong background in marketing, events, and business operations, she understands the mechanics of a successful, people-first business. Having also worked for many years in her family’s Marlborough-based wine business, Victoria developed a deep appreciation for hard work, local enterprise, and the importance of strong relationships—values that continue to shape her leadership style today. Now a licensed salesperson herself, she understands the pressures and opportunities faced by agents on the ground and works shoulder-to-shoulder with her teams to help them succeed.

She’s approachable, solutions-focused, and a firm believer in clear communication, consistency, and creating space for others to grow. Whether it’s one-on-one coaching, refining systems, or celebrating a big win—Victoria is there, making sure her people feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Born and bred in Marlborough, Victoria has deep roots in the region and a strong connection to the communities Bayleys serves. Outside of work, she shares life with her partner and is a proud mum to two grown-up children. She loves to cook, has a soft spot for dogs, and is happiest when there's music playing and good conversation flowing around the table.
