She has operated her own property company buying and selling over twenty properties in various locations throughout the South Island including Blenheim. Pip was a Deputy Sales Manager for one of New Zealand’s largest building firms selling new build townhouses and she was also the local Sales Manager for one of New Zealand’s largest retirement villages. She has operated her own e-commerce store selling homeware and furnishings which involved various home staging projects.
She is a qualified pilot and has spent a large portion of her career in aviation, mostly in air traffic control at various locations throughout New Zealand.
This movement around New Zealand, teamed with her love of renovations has allowed Pip to gain vast experience in buying, selling, renovating, flipping, and building properties. Pip’s dad taught her a lot of ‘tool time’ resulting in a very capable woman who isn’t scared of a build or renovation project. She embraces the challenge and has an amazing eye for detail, design and getting the best out of a property.
With family in Marlborough and a strong aviation connection in the region, Pip and her husband are proud to call Marlborough home.
