Hailing from a rural lifestyle in North Canterbury, Julia has an inherent love for the countryside and its beautiful landscapes. Her keen, energetic, and friendly personality makes her a pleasure to work with and her determination for success ensures she will go the extra mile to achieve outstanding results for her clients.

Having been enticed to Kaikoura by dairy farming over a decade ago, Julia and her husband now reside on the scenic peninsula with their three children. This experience in both rural and coastal living provides her with a unique perspective on the diverse properties and opportunities available in the area.

Julia believes that communication is the cornerstone of successful real estate transactions. She has a strong work ethic and is committed to excellent communication. This ensures that her clients are well-informed and supported throughout the entire process.
