Erika has an international background further adding to her many talents. Born and raised in Lithuania she witnessed the country’s transformation from Soviet state to a European Union country. She has lived abroad and moved countries all her adult life and fluently speaks four languages: English, Dutch, Russian and native Lithuanian. Her life experiences have resulted in true adaptability and cultural sensitivity – both key traits leading to her success as a real estate professional. After 20 years of personally moving homes within and between different countries and continents, Erika has gained experience of many types of property and also the emotional aspect of the industry, which she now uses to help others with their real estate journey.
